Digital Products

  • Digital products (software, files, templates) are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Refunds are only available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed
  • Once a digital product is downloaded, it is considered used and non-refundable
  • If a product is defective or not as described, please contact support within 48 hours

Physical Products

  • Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item

Subscriptions

  • Subscription refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

Services

  • Service bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is available at no charge with 24+ hours notice
