Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Filewale. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment-related issues are handled for products and services purchased through filewale.com.

By purchasing any product, file, course, tool, service, or digital download from Filewale, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Product Refund Policy

Filewale mainly provides digital products and downloadable content. Since digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final once access has been provided.

Refunds will usually not be provided after:

  • File access has been granted

  • Product has been downloaded

  • Course or digital content has been accessed

  • Tool, firmware, flash file, or software resource has been delivered

  • Service work has already started

  • Download link has been shared or activated

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • User purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • User changed their mind after purchase

  • User does not have the required technical knowledge

  • User’s device, software, or system is not compatible

  • User failed to read product description before purchase

  • File was downloaded or accessed successfully

  • Download link was delivered correctly

  • User shared account or violated website rules

  • Account was suspended due to misuse or suspicious activity

  • Product did not work due to incorrect use, wrong device model, or user-side error

  • User expected features that were not mentioned in the product description

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in limited situations, such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order

  • Payment deducted but order was not created

  • Payment successful but access was not provided

  • Wrong product delivered due to an error from our side

  • Service was not delivered as described

  • Technical issue from Filewale side that prevents access to the purchased product

Refund approval will be based on verification by the Filewale team.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Order ID or payment ID

  • Date of purchase

  • Product or service name

  • Reason for refund request

  • Screenshot or proof of payment, if required

Refund requests should be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5. Verification Before Refund

Before approving any refund, we may verify:

  • Payment status

  • Order status

  • Download/access logs

  • Product delivery status

  • Account activity

  • Support conversation history

  • Whether the issue is from Filewale side or user side

If the file/product was successfully accessed or downloaded, the order may be treated as completed and non-refundable.

6. Duplicate Payment Refunds

If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, please contact us with payment proof.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment was deducted but your order was not created, please contact us with the payment screenshot or transaction ID.

In some cases, failed or pending payments may be automatically reversed by your bank, UPI app, card provider, or payment gateway. The reversal time may depend on your payment provider.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment gateway.

Filewale is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

9. Cancellation Policy

Digital product orders cannot usually be cancelled once payment is completed and access has been provided.

Service-based orders may be cancelled only if the work has not started. Once service work has started, cancellation or refund may not be available.

10. Exchange or Replacement

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Correct file access

  • Replacement product

  • Alternative download link

  • Technical support

  • Wallet/store credit, if applicable

This will depend on the issue and approval from the Filewale team.

11. Misuse and Policy Violation

Refunds will not be provided if we find that the user has:

  • Shared paid files with others

  • Resold or redistributed content

  • Used fake or suspicious payment details

  • Tried to bypass download limits

  • Misused account access

  • Violated our Terms of Service

  • Made false refund claims

In such cases, the account may be restricted, suspended, or permanently blocked.
