Motorola G54 5G (model XT2343-5) is stuck with the Sftware fix Rescue Tool because the current firmware (V1TDS35H.83-20-5-5) is newer than the target firmware (V1TDS35H.83-20-5-3), and Motorola Rescue Tool usually does not allow downgrades.

That’s why after FRP unlock, the flashing process fails — it’s a version mismatch.

1. Boot phone into fastboot mode

• Power off.
• Hold Volume Down + Power until the fastboot screen appears.

1. Connect to PC and open the folder where your firmware is located.
2. Open Command Prompt in that folder

• Hold Shift → Right Click → "Open PowerShell window here" or "Open Command Prompt here".

2. Wait until it finishes (it will say finished. total time: xx.xxxs).
